My 1st Time Blood Donation

It is in Dark-Red color~
There will be a lucky person receive my blood XP

be4 donate blood
=>sleep at least 5 hours(last night)
=>eat be4 come(best way is drink milk be4 donate)
=>age more than or equal to 18years old

Procedure:
1.Weighing
(ensure your weight >45kg for girls)
2.Fill in the form
3.Blood Identifying( My blood type is O~)
When back home,my mum asked  me about my blood type--->She want to check whether I am her real daughter or not =.=sweat.Just need to put my face and her face together already  can be identify
easily !Two "moon cake" face XP
4.Check identity and key in identity
5.Get a blood donation book record+tools

Blood Donating.....(take times 15 min  for me only)the range is between 5-20 mins
Actually I felt that I am so stupid that didn't call the nurse come to me
causing me need to wait for so long =.=
Volunteer to donate blood also need to ask the nurse to help me donate
Somemore I donate blood with my right hand
(stupid dumb dumb)

After donate your blood:
yeah~!!!I get some gift...(shokubutshi hand wash shampoo,key chain,sunsilk sample,soya bean,recycle bag...)+Certificate with my Name =D

Drink a cup of Milo + Eat a Bread
rest a while and write comment about this blood donation in the form provided
